Radiohead's 7th album was originally released in 2007 and again produced by Nigel Godrich, after sessions with proposed new producer, Spike Stent fell apart. It was their first release after their contract with EMI expired, leading them to self-release it using a controversial "pay-what-you-want" policy. It was eventually released by XL and has since sold 3 million copies worldwide.
