Using a fairly common tactic for Mr. Blount's releases, A&DAP includes different sessions from different years on opposite sides. Side one was recorded in 1960, while side 2 includes tracks recorded at RCA Studios in Chicago in 1956. A few of these songs were issued as 7" singles, probably making up the first releases on Saturn Records. Cover art is by Mr. Ra.
