Bagpipe Blues is the first release of Rufus Harley as a leader. It was recorded and released in 1965 for the Atlantic label. Joining Bagpiper Harley are Oliver Collins on piano, James Glenn on bass, and Billy Abner on drums. Harley also plays flute as well as tenor and soprano sax.
