The Congregation proved to be Griffin's final album for Blue Note, originally released in 1958. Joining Griffin are Sonny Clark, Paul Chambers & Kenny Dennis. The cover art is one of a few done for Blue Note by Andy Warhol with Reid Miles. 
This is an odd pressing in that the catalogue number as printed is 1580, which denotes MONO (Stereo would start with an 8), yet, on the back, it is clearly printed with STEREO on the upper L corner. Being as this is a 1957 recording, we doubt is is stereo, but...we're not quite certain what you'll get besides great music. There is NO UPC code.
