This album marks a number of milestones for the Stones, as it is their first of the new decade (70s), the first on their "new" Rolling Stones label, features controversial cover artwork by Andy Warhol, and was the 2nd to feature guitarist Mick Taylor and the 2nd to not have any contributions by co-founder Brian Jones. It is considered to be one of their finest albums.
