Diggin' includes early Prestige recordings - recorded in 1951, but not released on LP until 1956. Most of the material was issued on 10" before the LP. It was the jazz recording debut of saxophonist Jackie McLean, and was one of Sonny Rollins's earliest recordings. Other band members are Walter Bishop, Tommy Potter, & Art Blakey. Also released as "Dig".
