First solo album by a Beatle, and the first on their Apple label, this was Beatle George's soundtrack to the Wonderwall film, originally released in 1968. The music is experimental in nature and is mostly instrumental. It furthered Harrison's interest in Indian traditional musics, as well as including touches of psychedelic, country, and experimental music, with plenty of Mellotron, Moog, Harmonium, alongside the tablas, sitars, bansuris, & surbahars.
