Recorded in Chicago for Bethlehem Records, in 1957, this Duke big band session re-visits many of Duke's earlier compositions with his current band, including musicians Johnny Hodges, Paul Gonsalves, Jimmy Hamilton, Harry Carney, Cat Anderson, Ray Nance, Clark Terry, Jimmy Woode, Sam Woodyard and others. The album was remastered in 2014 and now re-released on 180g black vinyl.
