Colon stretches his wings by mixing genres of Brazilian samba into son-montuno, Afro-Cuban religious rhythms and Puerto Rican bomba and danza - all showcasing lead singer Hector LaVoe's vocals. Colon's mature musical vision outpaces his young years and developing skills.
