Joe Henderson
Page One
Blue Note 4140
Page One was the 1963 debut album as a leader from tenor player Joe Henderson. It was recorded by Rudy Van Gelder in his Englewood Cliffs studio. Joining Mr. Henderson are Kenny Dorham, McCoy Tyner, Butch Warren, & Pete LaRoca.
This is an odd pressing in that the catalogue number as printed is 4140, which denotes MONO (Stereo would start with an 8), yet, on the back, it is clearly printed with STEREO on the upper L corner. So...we're not quite certain what you'll get besides great music. There is NO UPC code.
