In 1955, at the age of 30, she recorded this album in a studio in front of an audience, in the spirit of a live performance, interpreting classics such as Summertime, Lover, or Come Back to Me. Success would come later, before her passing in 1963. Marked by an unstable life, with tumultuous romances and a difficult youth, Dinah sings of love here with a unique intensity.
