Presenting The Fabulous Ronettes featuring Veronica is the sole studio album by TheRonettes, originally released in 1964 and produced by Phil Spector at the height of his Wall of Sound period. Led by Veronica Bennett (later Ronnie Spector), alongside Estelle Bennett and Nedra Talley, the group defined a distinctive strand of early-’60s American pop and rhythm & blues, pairing dramatic orchestration with direct, emotionally charged performances. This welcome reissue is presented in its original mono mix, preserving the dense, punchy sound that characterised the Philles Records catalogue. The album includes era-defining recordings such as Be My Baby, Baby, I Love You, (The Best Part Of) Breakin’ Up, and Walking In The Rain — the latter earning a Grammy Award in 1965. The album has since been recognised in Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time and the group were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
