Recorded between their debut album and their major label 2nd album, California Uber Alles was recorded for a live radio broadcast at the Hollywood Palladium in the fall of 1990. A couple of the songs that would appear on Nevermind a year later are performed here. Just a few shows later, Dave Grohl would join the band.
