Leader Arthur Lee and his band Love emerged from the L.A. club scene in the mid-60's and spun a kaleidoscope of influences - from folk to jazz to mariachi - into a propulsive sound that these ten original recordings distill into the ideal intro to his much-under-appreciated band.
