Get Hip’s extensive SEEDS reissue campaign continues in earnest, with a straight reissue of the group’s 11th—and final—45 for GNP Crescendo, originally released in January ’69 as #422. Masterminded by legendary producer/hipster/huckster KIM FOWLEY, the September ’68 sessions that yielded both sides saw the remaining trio of Sky, Jan and Darryl augmented by “Born To Be Wild” writer and ex-Sparrow guitarist Dennis Edmonton aka Mars Bonfire, and legendary session guitarist Red Rhodes on pedal steel.
